UPDATE - January 15, 2020

Thank you for your support as we work to resume full operations following the Jan. 13, 2020, malware attack on our IT systems.

Our IT team and third-party advisers have re-established limited email functionality and we are proceeding with manual order processing, production, and shipping.

If you are wondering about the status of orders placed prior to the malware attack:

  1. We are producing and shipping orders that had completed all final approvals before end of day Friday, Jan. 10, 2020.
  2. If you submitted an order with incomplete information or that had not completed the approval process before Monday, Jan. 13, 2020, please email so we can identify the status of your order.

We are accepting new orders and reorders through our normal order submission process. You can find up-to-date 2020 product pricing on ESP. For efficient order processing, please include both a purchase order and artwork in one email for new orders. For reorders, please provide the most current BAG MAKERS job number, which can be found on your most recent project proof or invoice. As we are unable to guarantee normal production times, please contact if you have a tight project deadline.

BAGMAKERS' IT systems are currently down as a result of a malware attack. This includes phone lines, faxes, and our website. While emails are being received, access and ability to respond is limited.

We are working on our technical recovery plan and we are confident we will be able to restore our services. We do not yet have an ETA for when we will be fully operational.
